King Salmon- Also known as Chinook salmon, the King is the ultimate fishing prize. Average weights are around 20 lbs, although some go much larger. Length is usually 24-36 inches. Catching Kings on fly gear is a fly fisherman’s dream

Arctic Grayling- Small, yet feisty fish. Average weights are up to 5 lbs. MostGrayling average length of 8 to 14 inches, with some larger fish just shy of 24 inches. Males are most recognizable by their over sized dorsal fin.

 

 

 

Silver Salmon- Also known as Coho Salmon. These fish are probably one of the most acrobatic fish. They are usually 10 to 12 lbs with some reaching 20 lbs or more. There flashy silver color makes for easy spotting when reeling them in.

Rainbow Trout- These trout are usually silver to gray with a pink to scarlet band that runs across the sides of their body. Average weights are 3 to 5 lbs. Catch and release is the practice for catching these prize fish.

 

 

Some other species that may be caught are the Chum Salmon, the Sockeye and the Dolly Varden or Arctic Charr.
